TERMS
  • Renters are responsible for all utilities during the term of their rental
  • Utilities include Propane, Electricity, Fiber Optic Internet
  • Winter rental utilities have average under $500/month and SummeIr Utilities have averaged under $200/month
  • A $1,500 security deposit will be collected in advance of the rental
  • A $400 unit and carpet cleaning fee will be collected in advance of the rental
  • Payment is due in stages and will be collected in full before the Season begins
  • Payments are non refundable unless we can find a new renter at the same rates



 





A Seasonal Condominium Rental in the Sugarbush Resort Area of Warren Vermont.  Located a mile down the road from Sugarbush, the Club Sugarbush complex offers the skier the many amenities available for those fortunate enough to live on the mountain.  This nicely appointed  2 Bedroom, 2 1/2 Bath 1500 sq ft condo has a bright sunny open floor plan.   

Park next to your unit, drop your skis off in the ski room, remove your shoes in the heated mudroom and enter the unit thru the ground floor.  A couple steps takes you down to the living room, dining room, kitchen and the covered outdoor deck or head up the stairs to the two bedrooms.  The master bedroom has a king bed, its own bathroom and TV.  The guest bedroom has a double bed and a set of bunk beds, its own bathroom and TV.  The ground floor's 1/2 bath has the large capacity washer and dryer and offers the extra convenience for those downstairs guests.


Club Sugarbush is located adjacent to the Sugarbush Golf Course designed by Robert Trent Jones, Sr. This 18 hole par-71 masterpiece course takes advantage of  the natural setting and breathtaking vistas and is as beautiful as the game itself.
